Your American Express Mobile User ID and Password are the same as the login you use to access americanexpress.com.au on the computer.
If you do not have a User ID and Password or you have forgotten your User ID and Password, please visit americanexpress.com.au from your computer.
You may wish to turn auto text (T9) off during the text entry process. T9 software predicts what you want to type as you type. To turn off T9, select an input method such as "Abc", "abc" or "Insert Numbers". To turn on T9, select "Auto Text", "Predictive Text" or "T9".

American Express does not charge for American Express Mobile. However, as a mobile phone user you are responsible for charges associated with visiting websites or using data services on your phone. Using a mobile Web browser may require a data plan.
Please contact your carrier for specific pricing information for your data plan.
Checking the "Remember My User ID" box will securely store your User ID on your phone. For your security, only your User ID will be saved. You will still be required to enter your Password to access your Accounts.
To turn off this feature you must uncheck the box and log in.
While American Express Mobile mirrors the information available on americanexpress.com.au, only certain features are available through this service. American Express Mobile enhances the customer experience by delivering key account information to Cardmembers on the go.
In order to pay your bill from a mobile device, you must
be enrolled in Pay Bill Online. Please note that mobile Bill Pay
payments can only be made once every 24 hours.
The Pay Bill section is a four-step process:
Step 1. Choose a payment amount. Select payment amount, or specify another amount in the space provided.
Step 2. Review your payment. When you click continue, you will be taken to a screen to and select a payment date.
Step 3. Submit. Click continue to review your payment summary, modify, cancel or submit.
Step 4. Receive confirmation. Clicking submit will take you to the Thank You page to receive your confirmation number and payment details.
Your information will go to American Express Company using end-to-end encryption. However, please note that American Express does not operate or control the wireless networks used to access American Express Mobile. Carrier protocols may vary.
